We are identifying and preparing our first plotted layouts in the Kotagiri–Coonoor belt: cool-climate locations with good road access, mountain views, and Ooty within easy reach.

No project is open for booking yet. Plots will be offered only after DTCP sanction and TNRERA registration. The waitlist is simply a way to hear about our projects first.
