Each plot in a Dhara layout is subdivided and registered to you with its own patta — not an undivided share, not a paper promise.
DTCP-sanctioned layouts
Roads, drainage and open space planned to Tamil Nadu's layout standards and handed over the way the rules require.
Verified before we buy
Thirty-year encumbrance search, legal opinion and ground verification — done before land enters our pipeline, not after you ask.
First layouts
Our first layouts are in preparation.
